ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. We do not allow returns, offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Pure Life Soil Inc. 

Each Pure Life Soil Inc. cubic yard of soil is placed on a skid and delivered via truck, which comes equipped with a tailgate and pallet jack. The equipment can only go onto paved areas, and not onto gravel or compacted gravel conditions. If your delivery area is made up of gravel or otherwise an uneven surface, please contact our team before placing an order.

Our experienced delivery drivers, along with the Pure Life Soil team, will do their best to come up with the best possible path to deliver to more difficult locations. Examples of deterrents, such as low hanging hydro lines, large overhanging tree branches, narrow driveways with retaining walls and no flat areas for a pallet jack would be a cause for concern.

Once an order has been placed, deliveries are scheduled by our dispatch team. Pure Life Soil Inc. is an environmentally conscious company that stands firm behind sustainable and regenerative practices. This mind-set includes routing our trucks and deliveries the best possible way to cut down on emissions.
 
Pure Life Soil Inc. cannot schedule a specific day and time for delivery. Factors such as inclement weather will affect soil production.  Other factors/examples such as long-distance deliveries, traffic on roads and more difficult deliveries, will also cause delays.
  
At the time of delivery, if someone is present to accept the delivery, a signature on the order is required to confirm that the product(s) have been delivered. In the event that no one is present to confirm and sign the order, our driver will take a photo of the product(s) that has been dropped off as confirmation.

Crumbled, “loose” driveways or driveways with significant “bumps” or grooves will affect the delivery. Our experienced drivers will use their judgement to deliver onto the best area of the driveway or walkway.  Further damages to a driveway that has significant wear and tear may happen, due to our equipment and the weight of the soil being carried by our equipment. We are NOT responsible for any additional damage done to driveways from normal use of our equipment.

Our experienced drivers will call you prior to arrival. If someone from your household is present, please ensure that the driver drops off in the correct location, as we cannot go back to move the product.

Please ensure that your motor vehicles are not in the way of your preferred drop location, the day of your delivery. If we cannot reach you to clear the obstruction in the delivery area, our drivers will deliver your order to an alternative, suitable location.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR EXPERIENCED DRIVERS WILL USE THEIR BEST JUDGEMENT WHEN DELIVERING TO AN AREA THAT PRESENTS ANY OBSTACLES. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE.
